Phase 2: Service Expansion & Audience Building (Months 4-6)

With the initial affiliate structure in place, the focus shifts to expanding service offerings, diversifying revenue with more direct partnerships, and actively building an audience.

1. Income Stream 3: Direct Publisher Partnerships:

  • Strategy: Evolve the "Shop" from a purely affiliate model to include higher-margin direct partnerships. By this phase, Edven.org will have initial traffic and content to leverage in negotiations.

  • Partnership Models to Propose:
    • Enhanced Affiliate Terms: Negotiate a custom, higher commission rate than public programs.

    • Exclusive Promotions: Partner for exclusive book launches, signed copy giveaways, or unique content bundles (e.g., a book + a related webinar).
  • Action Plan:
    • Develop a concise media kit/partnership proposal outlining Edven.org’s mission, audience demographics, and traffic.
    • Initiate outreach to marketing or partnership managers at target publishers.
    • Negotiate terms and integrate the chosen sales model (custom links or dropshipping API) into the shop.
